Band on the Run 5K Sponsorship
With recent decreases in state funding for K-12 arts education, the Viking Band program struggles to provide much-needed instruments and supplies to our students. Continued support and growth of the program is only possible through fundraising and generous contributions from parents and sponsors.
By becoming a sponsor of the annual Band on the Run 5K & Fun Run spring fundraiser, your company can support the Hoggard Bands and arts education in general, all while receiving many benefits. These benefits are based on sponsorship level and include:

Director - $2,500:
8 free race entries plus t-shirts; mention by emcee at race; your company logo on the event t-shirt; the opportunity to add items to the swag bag; promotion on social media; logo and link on race and booster website and on 2 large banners at the park and Hoggard; full page ad in Hoggard Band concert programs (2 per year); inclusion in email marketing; watermark on photos taken during the race; on-site booth provided by sponsor on race day.
Drum Major - $1,000:
5 free race entries plus t-shirts; mention by emcee at race; your company logo on the event t-shirt; the opportunity to add items to the swag bag; promotion on social media; logo and link on race and booster website; ½ page ad in Hoggard Band concert programs (2 per year); inclusion in email marketing.
Section Leader - $500:
3 free race entries plus t-shirts; mention by emcee at race; your company name listed on the event t-shirt; the opportunity to add items to the swag bag; promotion on social media; logo and link on race and booster website; ¼ page ad in Hoggard Band concert programs (2 per year).
Performer - $250:
2 free race entries plus t-shirts; mention by emcee at race; your company name listed on the event t-shirt; the opportunity to add items to the swag bag; promotion on social media.

*The 5K & Fun Run is hosted by the John T. Hoggard BAND BOOSTERS and is not a Hoggard High School event. Proceeds for the race go to the Hoggard Band Boosters whose goal is to support the Hoggard High School Bands. All donations received qualify as charitable donations and are deductible in accordance with applicable tax laws. The Hoggard Band Boosters is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Documentation is available upon request.
